Account Sales Representative – Neuromodulation
Medtronic
• Independently drive commercial sales activities for the assigned ‘Neuro Key Accounts’ across the entire Neuromodulation area (BrainModulation, PainStim, TDD) and achieve revenue targets • Identify and develop account potential • Account planning in Lightning (update at least once per month) • Prioritize account activities (e.g., marketing strategy, IHS projects) • Project management (e.g., referring-physician and IHS projects) • Win defined customers from competitors • Provide advice on product usage and specifications • Prepare quotes and contracts • Develop growth-oriented account tactics based on the business strategy and take responsibility for implementation at the account level • Work closely with the responsible Therapy Sales Specialists to implement account goals • Bilateral, proactive collaboration with Marketing, KAM and SAM teams, and implement tactics including preparation and execution • Close collaboration within the sales team and with the marketing team, e.g., for customer events (training courses, symposia, customer education, etc.) • Prepare sales forecasts for the ‘Neuro Key Accounts’ • Targeted relationship management with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders • Documentation using the CRM system (currently Salesforce Lightning), including maintenance of customer data • Manage own inventory (car stock) and the consignment stocks of the ‘Neuro Key Accounts’ in cooperation with Therapy Sales Specialists • Continuous professional development in reimbursement and governmental affairs
Job Requirements
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Strong technical and medical affinity
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting sales conversations and handling objections
- Confident presence, reliability and sense of responsibility
- Flexibility, high commitment and resilience with a proactive approach and sales orientation
- Experienced in using tools for contract and quote creation and CRM systems
- Active team cooperation (e.g., information sharing) and integrity
- High willingness to travel (approx. 75%, daily rounds)
- Residence in or near the described region
- Valid driver's license
- Excellent German and good English skills, both spoken and written

Role Description We are placing a Staff Capital Cost Estimator (Class 3 & 4) on behalf of a global leader in manufacturing. This role owns the estimating function for capital projects across a large-scale North American manufacturing and distribution network, covering facility expansions, warehouse improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives across the global supply chain. This is a high-impact role. You'll be the first dedicated estimator in the organization, supporting capital expansion projects at manufacturing and distribution facilities across North America. You'll work hand-in-hand with engineering, operations, supply chain, and project management teams to translate project concepts and designs into clear financial insights.
