• Own complex product problems from discovery through delivery, helping define what we build, why it matters, and how success is measured. • Design end-to-end journeys, workflows, interaction models, and high-fidelity experiences across web and mobile products. • Prototype concepts early and often to explore ideas, align stakeholders, and accelerate learning. • Translate complex financial concepts, workflows, and data into intuitive and scalable user experiences. • Contribute to and evolve our design system, balancing consistency with thoughtful innovation. • Collaborate closely with engineers throughout implementation to ensure quality and thoughtful execution. • Challenge assumptions and help shape product decisions with a long-term platform mindset. • Participate in design critiques and contribute to a culture of feedback, learning, and continuous improvement. • For Staff-level candidates, help elevate design quality across teams through influence, mentorship, and strategic design leadership.

Job Requirements

  • You have experience designing digital products, ideally within fintech, banking, lending, payments, or similarly complex domains.
  • You have a portfolio that demonstrates strong product thinking, interaction design excellence, and exceptional visual craft.
  • You connect customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints to create meaningful product outcomes.
  • You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and independently driving work forward.
  • You know how to simplify complexity without oversimplifying the problem.
  • You use evidence, and data to inform decisions while maintaining strong product intuition.
