Senior Technical Advisor
The Coleman Group Inc.,
• Develop data review and dissemination tools for the Clients internal and external customers. • Develop dissemination applications for external websites in accordance with usability and IT security standards. • Design, develop, test, and deploy the external web application frontend using modern web technologies. • Monitor and support existing external web applications. • Utilize GitLab version control system and provide in-line code documentation. • Support development of specifications and technical documentation. • Develop, maintain, test and validate Python code for data ETL. • Analyze, model and format external data for efficient data retrieval. • Participate in Agile processes and mentoring activities.
Job Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen (Contract Requirement)
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, GIS or a related field is required (Masters preferred).
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in programming or software development.
- Track record performing initiatives to introduce new technology and methods to improve development of existing or future projects.
- Optional certifications include GISP or Certified Mapping Scientist, GIS/LIS
- Sharp critical thinking skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to analyze spatial data, problem solving skills, and project management skills.
- Experience with software development, familiarity with GIS practices and concepts.
- Track record of providing excellent customer service and strong communications skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.

• Manage the entire authorization process for interventional pain management procedures • Monitor advanced procedure trackers for each practice to identify authorization opportunities • Collect all required documentation for prior authorizations • Review medical necessity guidelines for procedures by Paycor • Accurately and promptly submit prior and retro authorization requests to payors • Document account activity, updating patient and claim information to ensure efficient claim processing • Identify trends or issues that delay authorization or claims processing • Communicate with practices, vendors, insurance companies, patients, and management to secure necessary approvals • Provide the highest level of customer service to internal teams • Serve as a backup to the Contact Center Team during peak scheduling call times • Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth operations and patient care continuity
• Design and maintain agentic workflows that automate prospecting, contact enrichment, intent monitoring, and outreach sequencing across platforms • Use AI tooling (LLM-assisted copywriting, workflow automation, AI agents) to increase output quality and volume without sacrificing personalization • Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve pipeline efficiency • Document and templatize workflows so the engine can be scaled and handed off across the global team • Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and Demandbase account intelligence — augmented by AI tools • Write and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn • Own outreach performance metrics (reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline contribution) and continuously test and refine messaging • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce — logging all outreach activity, tracking engagement, and ensuring pipeline visibility across the team
