Global Pipeline Development Specialist
Chrysalis
• Design and maintain agentic workflows that automate prospecting, contact enrichment, intent monitoring, and outreach sequencing across platforms • Use AI tooling (LLM-assisted copywriting, workflow automation, AI agents) to increase output quality and volume without sacrificing personalization • Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve pipeline efficiency • Document and templatize workflows so the engine can be scaled and handed off across the global team • Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and Demandbase account intelligence — augmented by AI tools • Write and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn • Own outreach performance metrics (reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline contribution) and continuously test and refine messaging • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce — logging all outreach activity, tracking engagement, and ensuring pipeline visibility across the team
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an outreach, demand generation, or business development role in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated fluency with AI tools — including LLM-assisted writing, workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Clay, Make), and AI agents for prospecting or enrichment
- A builder's mindset: comfortable designing systems and workflows
- Proficiency with Salesforce
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to personalize at scale
- Comfort with autonomy and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groups
