• Developing and implementing community outreach programs and initiatives • Building and maintaining positive relationships with community organizations, local government, sports parks, schools, churches, the chamber and visitor’s bureau. • Representing the company at community events, community festivals, school festivals, meetings, and forums such as the Chamber events. • Coordinating with our Sales Team to identify marketing opportunities. • Tracking, documenting and reporting on the impact of community programs and initiatives. • Responding to community donation inquiries.

• Assist individuals or families with various housing-related needs and issues.

• Coordinates and administers an effective health and safety program and provides advice and guidance to the Project Team on Health & Safety issues and topics • Understands and applies H&S requirements and processes to project work processes • Performs general administrative and recordkeeping functions and procedures including: reviewing sub-contractors’ safety programs; maintaining inventory for all hazardous products, first aid and personal protective equipment used on site; reporting and tracking incidents & near misses, and maintaining and filing confidential information • Creates clear and timely “Flash Reports” and participates in detailed, fact-based incident investigations and management • Implements client and IDL Health and Safety Programs under the coaching of the H&S Manager • Participates in project safety meetings • Provides safety material for daily Tool Box meetings and able to lead Tool Box and Safety meetings • Engages in the development and enhancement of Safe Work Practices and Job Hazard Assessments • Conducts facility inspections and safety audits on a regular basis to monitor safe work practices and procedures, prepares inspection reports and ensures corrective action is taken when deficiencies are identified • Collaborates with the Project Manager and Safety Manager to ensure health and safety programs meet legislative compliance

• Perform virtual commercial inspections and plan reviews in licensed discipline(s) (building, plumbing, electrical, mechanical), via video, photos, or digital submissions • Identify defects, hazards, inconsistencies, or non-compliance issues in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations • Accurately document inspection findings using approved reporting systems and communication channels • Communicate inspection results, required corrections, and professional recommendations to key stakeholders • Assists and advises internal team, contractors, building owners, of code violations and compliance • Provide technical guidance and support to inspection team assistance to inspection personnel relating to field problems • Participate in cross-training with other inspection staff to broaden knowledge enhance overall job performance • Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the inspection process • Maintain current knowledge of jurisdictional requirements and Florida Building Code • Performs other related duties as assigned
