Crisis Helpline Responder, Full Time

• Responding to telephone hotline for crisis support of those bereaved through suicide, engaging in self-harm, experiencing suicide ideation and concerned friends or family members. • Conducting risk assessments, including lethality assessment for suicide cases • Providing a range of evidenced based, professional crisis counselling services and personal support, employing de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention techniques • Assessing the caller's needs and triage for immediate safety or emergency medical attention of callers, or referrals to appropriate service referrals such as face-to-face crisis intervention, case management/advocacy services, individual therapy, or group services. • Maintaining accurate and detailed call reports on key issues and referrals actioned • Complying with responsibilities under the Data Protection Acts 1988, 2003 & 2018 (GDPR) • Supporting in the development of appropriate crisis management plans to support callers in crisis • Make a quick in-the-moment decision on how to move forward if the responder is not sure how to proceed
Job Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of experience in helplines, either in a paid or voluntary capacity
- Completed training in Crisis Intervention or Suicide Prevention
- Experience working with high risk clinical situations (at risk of or affected by suicide or crisis cases)
- Has the appropriate insurances required by your country
- Ability to maintain emotional composure in high stress situations, ability to bounce back from stressful interactions and high-risk cases

• Manage the entire authorization process for interventional pain management procedures • Monitor advanced procedure trackers for each practice to identify authorization opportunities • Collect all required documentation for prior authorizations • Review medical necessity guidelines for procedures by Paycor • Accurately and promptly submit prior and retro authorization requests to payors • Document account activity, updating patient and claim information to ensure efficient claim processing • Identify trends or issues that delay authorization or claims processing • Communicate with practices, vendors, insurance companies, patients, and management to secure necessary approvals • Provide the highest level of customer service to internal teams • Serve as a backup to the Contact Center Team during peak scheduling call times • Perform other related duties as assigned to support smooth operations and patient care continuity
• Design and maintain agentic workflows that automate prospecting, contact enrichment, intent monitoring, and outreach sequencing across platforms • Use AI tooling (LLM-assisted copywriting, workflow automation, AI agents) to increase output quality and volume without sacrificing personalization • Continuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve pipeline efficiency • Document and templatize workflows so the engine can be scaled and handed off across the global team • Build and manage targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and Demandbase account intelligence — augmented by AI tools • Write and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn • Own outreach performance metrics (reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline contribution) and continuously test and refine messaging • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce — logging all outreach activity, tracking engagement, and ensuring pipeline visibility across the team
