Associate Director, Data Hub
Project Evident
• Work closely with other team members, clients, consultants and partners to meet the impact and sustainability goals of the department. • Lead and ensure the success of the analytic side of all client engagements. • Manage client kick-off and close-out process for analytics, ensuring data privacy and exchange protocols adherence. • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and technical assistance partners. • Lead and manage critical aspects of engagements, including creating and managing analytic project plans. • Design and implement different types of analyses from descriptive statistics to program evaluation and visualize information for audiences. • Internally manage Project Evident’s data policies, security, and protocols.
Job Requirements
- Master's degree required; Ph.D. degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management, effective collaboration, results-based operations, performance management in consulting, nonprofit, education, or philanthropic environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in education/social sector data analytics.
- Demonstrated success with client management
