Development Director
Equitable Hiring Group
• Lead fundraising strategies engaging foundations, individual donor supporters, and other resource mobilizers • Conduct foundation and donor prospecting research and outreach activities • Write and submit grant proposals and grant reports • Manage fundraising events and individual giving campaigns • Create and maintain systems for monitoring grant proposal deadlines • Communicate the vision, values, and impact of Strong Families’ work
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a range of fundraising strategies
- Ability to plan, implement, and evaluate fundraising strategies
- Skilled in grant writing and reporting
- Strong relationship-building skills with donors and foundations
- Experience in financial monitoring and data management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be bilingual in English and another language is a plus
