• Ensure all critical documentation (e.g., ASI, BOM, approved samples, QAP) is complete and aligned before production begins. • Follow up with suppliers on sample, tooling, and mass production timelines. • Monitor production progress and identify risks related to capacity, quality, and delays. • Coordinate QA/QC inspections and laboratory testing (pre-production and mass production). • Ensure inspection outcomes reflect the final mass-produced items. • Request and archive photo evidence of final goods and palletized products prior to shipment. • Coordinate logistics and verify shipping documentation for accuracy. • Communicate production updates, changes, and risks to Client Ops, Quality, and Procurement. • Maintain full traceability of approvals, deviations, and corrective actions. • Prepare and deliver structured weekly status reports.

- Clear, professional communication skills across internal teams and suppliers.

- Experience in production follow-up, supply chain, or quality-related roles.
- Basic understanding of QA/QC and compliance processes.
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
- Commitment to health & safety: following procedures and reporting unsafe situations immediately.

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on the requirements of a study protocol. • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements • Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards. • Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution. • Coordinate execution of agreements • Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving. • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action.
