Studio Production Artist

• Create, prepare, and edit digital and print-ready artwork across a range of media. • Ensure alignment with original concepts and brand guidelines throughout production. • Review mechanicals and layouts with precision, identifying and correcting errors. • Apply color management principles and retouch images to meet production standards. • Resolve design and technical challenges using production expertise and attention to detail. • Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients with strong organizational skills. • Estimate time and rounds accurately to support timely, budget-conscious delivery. • Complete administrative tasks such as time tracking and documentation with accuracy. • Support quality control processes through methodical review and consistent execution. • Build collaborative relationships with designers, managers, and internal stakeholders. • Use Adobe Creative Suite and applicable studio software to execute production tasks, while exploring emerging tools such as GenAI to enhance workflow and output. • Proactively seek new assignments and learning opportunities across categories and clients. • Promote teamwork by staying engaged, asking clarifying questions, and providing support.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years of experience in studio production design, graphic design a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other applicable studio software, with awareness of emerging tools including GenAI.
- Ability to utilize in the agency’s proprietary software tools.
- Strong understanding of mechanicals, production, and print processes.
- Skilled in layout refinement, retouching, and color management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective project management with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
- Detail-oriented with high personal standards for accuracy and quality.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines and ability to apply them consistently.
- Comfortable working across multiple clients and fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, categories, and workflows.
- Strong collaborator who listens actively and communicates clearly across teams.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

• Develop, negotiate global study budgets based on the requirements of a study protocol. • Review, draft and negotiate a variety of agreements including confidentiality agreements, master confidentiality agreements, clinical study agreements and amendment agreements • Work with supervisor and various internal/external key stakeholders to resolve/escalate contractual issues • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and contracting standards. • Update relevant study team members regarding the status of contract negotiations and execution. • Coordinate execution of agreements • Support the maintenance of contract files and databases, including contract archiving. • Recognize where processes can be improved and take corrective action.
