• Administrar y optimizar sitios web basados en CMS. • Implementar mejoras técnicas en HTML, CSS y JavaScript según requerimientos del negocio. • Configurar y mantener plugins, módulos y componentes. • Ejecutar auditorías técnicas básicas de SEO y aplicar mejoras estructurales. • Monitorear rendimiento, tiempos de carga y estabilidad del sitio. • Resolver incidencias técnicas relacionadas con el CMS. • Mantener comunicación directa y constante con clientes para levantamiento, validación y seguimiento de requerimientos técnicos. • Brindar acompañamiento técnico en reuniones con clientes, explicando soluciones, limitaciones y propuestas de mejora. • Gestionar solicitudes técnicas priorizando impacto, urgencia y alcance definido. • Participar en pruebas funcionales antes de liberaciones a producción. • Documentar cambios técnicos y mantener control básico de versiones cuando aplique. • Proponer mejoras técnicas orientadas a rendimiento, experiencia de usuario y posicionamiento orgánico.

Job Requirements

  • Bachiller en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Ingeniería Informática o carrera afín (indispensable).
  • Nacionalidad costarricense.
  • Experiencia entre 3 y 6 años en administración técnica de CMS y gestión de sitios web empresariales.
  • Experiencia comprobable en plataformas CMS como: Umbraco (Preferiblemente) WordPress, Drupal, Joomla u otros CMS empresariales.
  • Conocimientos sólidos y experiencia práctica en: HTML (estructura semántica avanzada), CSS (estilización responsiva, ajustes sobre plantillas), JavaScript (modificaciones funcionales e integración de scripts).
  • Experiencia en: Configuración avanzada de plantillas y personalización de temas.
  • Instalación, configuración y resolución de conflictos entre plugins o módulos.
  • Optimización de rendimiento (caché, compresión, optimización de recursos).
  • SEO técnico (metaetiquetas, estructura de encabezados, datos estructurados básicos, sitemap, robots.txt).
  • Integración con herramientas como Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager y Search Console.
  • Gestión básica de bases de datos relacionadas con CMS (MySQL o similares).
