Key Account Specialist – B2B
Exoticca
• Field Presence & Representation: Serve as the face of Exoticca through regular on-site visits to the client’s branch offices, ensuring our brand maintains a dominant and supportive presence. • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with the travel agents, turning them into dedicated advocates for Exoticca’s products. • Sales Growth & Conversion: Proactively identify sales opportunities within each location and implement strategies to boost booking volumes and conversion rates. • On-the-ground Sales Coaching: Conduct face-to-face training and motivational sessions for the client’s sales staff, equipping them with the product knowledge and "selling points" needed to close deals effectively. • Commercial Momentum: Ensure all Exoticca campaigns and portfolio updates are correctly implemented and prioritized across all visited locations. • Market Intelligence: Gather direct feedback from the front lines to provide Exoticca with real-time insights into market trends, competitor activity, and client needs. • Operational Support: Act as a hands-on problem solver for the client's teams, removing any barriers to sales and ensuring a flawless production process for every trip.
Job Requirements
- Sales Background: Strong commercial experience with a proven track record of hitting targets and "hunting" for growth.
- Tourism Sector Expertise: Essential background in the travel industry (e.g., former Travel Agent, Assistant Buyer, or Sales Representative).
- Education: Minimum FP/FPII in Tourism (Degree in Tourism preferred).
- Interpersonal Excellence: Outstanding communication skills and the natural ability to influence and inspire teams across different locations.
- Resilience & Drive: A "can-do" spirit—you are coachable, self-motivated, and thrive in a role that requires high autonomy.
- Mobility & Travel: Availability to be on the road.
