Travel Agent – Amadeus

• Handle and support Travel Operations tasks (Flights changes, Cancellations request, Refunds process) • Manage, escalate and follow-up of GDS issues and cases; • Dealing with negotiated rates and advanced refunds in GDS; • Working directly with our land suppliers for a pre & post-bookings requested. • Support customers in destination with emergency issues using different contact channels
Job Requirements
- Fluent communication in English (additional language like French/Spanish are considered),
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus Flights / GDS,
- Proven experience dealing with negotiate fares and commissions in GDS,
- Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- High flexibility and schedule adaptation: you will work in rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Based in Spain.
- Preferred Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Customer support in the Travel industry, preferably including flights
- Proven record in fast-growing environments
- Adaptability, problem-solving and fast-learning attitude
