Job Requirements
- Active NMLS license (multi-state licensing a plus)
- Minimum 2 years in consumer direct mortgage origination
- Proven closer with consistent monthly production
- High EQ + high IQ—great communicator, great strategist
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-growth environment
