Senior Software Engineer
Qventus, Inc
• Develop a deep understanding of pre-admission testing (PAT) workflows, hospital operations, and user needs to identify high-leverage opportunities that improve efficiency and reduce administrative burden for clinical staff. • Collaborate closely with engineers and product managements to define and refine product requirements • Own the design, execution, and optimization of the PAT Assist product • Engage with customers and stakeholders to validate concepts and gather feedback • Ensure a seamless user experience that balances simplicity, rigor, and delight • Mentor and support cross-functional teammates across engineering • Deliver and communicate a cohesive product vision that aligns with company goals
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product engineering
- Proven track record in delivering engineering solutions in a fast-paced remote startup environment
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels
- Hands-on fullstack experience with Python and Typescript/React
- A systems thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Passion for real-world impact and solving meaningful problems
