• Maintain professional communication with clients and team members. • Understand clients preferences, needs, desires, and budget constraints. • Conduct comprehensive research and effectively organize travel arrangements, encompassing hotel stays, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, activities, event tickets, and more. • Generate client quotes, craft itineraries, and prepare invoices. • Stay abreast of changes in the travel industry and comply with travel restrictions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum age requirement of 18.
  • Citizenship in the United States, Mexico, or Australia.
  • Reliable internet connection, computer, and/or smartphone.
  • Availability for both live and recorded webinars and meetings.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, open to learning and adaptable.
  • Ability to work independently while remaining open to seeking guidance when needed.
