Lease Operator
Giltner Transportation
• Operate and drive a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently. • Manage your loads and schedule while partnering with dispatch for support and planning. • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with regulations. • Maintain accurate delivery logs, settlements, and required documentation • Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. • Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding load status and any issues that arise.
Job Requirements
- Must have 18 months of OTR experience
- Required license or certification Class A CDL
- Meet all DOT requirements and follow all DOT laws and regulations
- Must pass DOT drug test
- Must have or be willing to obtain an LLC, S-Corporation, or Sole Proprietorship with an EIN.
- No California lease operators due to AB-5 regulations.
