• Run the weekly team operating meeting: review scorecards, staffing/case mix, SLA health, risks, and priorities; remove blockers and keep matters on plan. • Ensure even work distribution and throughput to hit utilization and SLA targets; uphold adoption of playbooks, templates, and tech. • Coach attorneys and paralegals to execute the proven process and QA standards—no ad‑hoc practice. • Own client satisfaction, retention, and expansion across your team’s portfolio; maintain alignment calls and decision logs. • Keep a select personal docket focused on high‑impact negotiations, governance counseling, and complex structuring. • Partner with Practice Area Managers to validate data integrity, dashboard health, and early‑warning signals. • Own your own production and your team’s aggregate output; ensure the right person does the right work at the right time. • Drive adoption/optimization of templates, matter plans, and platforms; keep checklists accurate and repeatable. • Lead client relationships, mentor talent, and ensure clean cross‑team handoffs.

This includes driving satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expanded engagement. • Maintain a selective litigation docket, stepping in where your strategic or advocacy presence will have maximum impact. • Respond quickly as issues arise, keeping matters in motion and eliminating bottlenecks before they slow progress.

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members via 20-minute video consults and asynchronous messaging around: • Weight loss/weight gain concerns • Prenatal counseling • Gestational diabetes results and testing • Preparation for breastfeeding nutrition • Prenatal / Postpartum/ Fertility nutrition • PCOS • Special diets • Collaborate with Maven’s Care Advocate team to ensure member needs are met, including recommendations for in-person referrals, follow-ups, etc. • Serve as an ambassador of Maven’s unique care model, providing culturally humble care and championing our belief that better outcomes for women and families mean a better world for everyone.
