• Own the Discovery Process by configuring and administering Everlaw workspaces • Build and manage review batches, coding panels, issue tags, and privilege logs within Everlaw • Develop and implement search term protocols, concept clusters, and analytics-assisted review workflows • Handle ESI collection, legal hold administration, and chain-of-custody documentation • Manage productions end-to-end: Bates stamping, redactions, load file preparation, and delivery • Evaluate and optimize discovery workflows across the full EDRM lifecycle • Collaborate with attorneys on document review strategy, organization, and production
• In this role, you'll drive legal talent acquisition from the ground up, with wide latitude to shape strategy and make things happen! • Proactive Recruitment: Lead a recruiting strategy that keeps 7-12 qualified legal candidates in pipeline at all times. • You'll own outreach to law schools, trade associations, and professional networks, building referral relationships and keeping top talent warm before a seat even opens. • Track pipeline metrics and continuously refine your sourcing mix to stay ahead of the firm's growth. • Campus Recruiting: Own year-round recruiting for law clerks and interns. • You'll maintain active relationships with top law schools and universities, lock in commitments for summer and year-round programs, and coordinate with the Training Manager and Supervisors to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. • Resource Forecasting: Along with leadership, you will conduct quarterly staffing analyses in collaboration with attorney group leaders and department heads. • Translate that intelligence into actionable recruiting roadmaps and present projections to key stakeholders; keeping the firm staffed ahead of need, not behind it. • Role Kickoffs: Facilitate kickoff meetings with hiring managers to align on role requirements, candidate profiles, and placement timelines. • Job Advertising & Candidate Sourcing: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent visibility and reach. • Interview Coordination & Hiring: Schedule and support the full interview process, equipping hiring teams with comprehensive candidate packages. • New Hire Assimilation: Ensure every new hire lands well. You'll facilitate onboarding support, make key introductions, and provide ongoing guidance as new team members find their footing. • Recruiting Technology & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve on recruiting tools, platforms, and processes. • Culture & Employee Engagement: Manage and elevate the firm's culture program through the JB FOR ME initiative.

• Lead the full lifecycle of deals and transactions; from scoping through closing; maintaining structured timelines, risk registers, and status transparency. • Draft, review, and negotiate core corporate documents (operating/shareholder agreements, bylaws, buy‑sell agreements, asset/stock purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, ancillary agreements). • Advise on entity formation, restructuring, and dissolution; counsel boards and executives on governance and fiduciary duties. • Direct diligence (requests, tracking, issue spots), coordinate advisors, and manage closing checklists and data room hygiene. • Navigate ownership transitions, capital restructuring, partner exits, and franchising decisions with business‑first judgment. • Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals; delegate intelligently; reinforce validated matter plans, templates, and workflows. • Maintain time, SLA, and budget discipline; ensure matters stay on plan and on budget.
• Represent clients in all phases of commercial litigation, including pre-trial, trial, and appellate proceedings. • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses. • Develop case strategies and advise clients on litigation risks and opportunities. • Take and defend depositions, appear in court for hearings and trials, and negotiate settlements. • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure effective case management. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations affecting commercial litigation.
