• You create creative video content for TikTok and Instagram and appear on camera yourself • You develop formats that grow organically: entertaining, authentic, and offering behind-the-scenes insights into our brand • You produce videos for paid ads together with our team, from the hook through to the CTA • You contribute your own ideas: spotting trends, adapting them, and translating them into our brand world • You work closely with our performance marketing team and learn what makes a video successful (Hook Rate, Hold Rate & co.)
