• Monitor appropriate Slack channels (#c1-TA, #live-chat, #extra-help, and other relevant channels) for Learner questions and answer them promptly • Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time, when applicable • Assist in keeping the session progressing should the Lead Instructor experience technical difficulty or is otherwise unable to deliver the lecture • Review content materials (including lab, projects, extended cases, etc.) for the next lecture to ensure you are prepared to answer Learner questions • Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours via Zoom with Learners in the program so they can ask any additional questions or get support as necessary • Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days of submission • Support continuous program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback to Correlation One team via Weekly Write Ups

• Conduct 1:1 coaching meetings with your cohort of ~60 assigned learners • Attend weekly CSC pod meetings • Track learner interactions and job search progress • Prioritize Slack and email communication • Review and provide feedback on PD deliverables • Identify and share job opportunities • Attend PD sessions throughout the program

• Support ~34 Learners in Correlation One’s virtual training programs • Provide synchronous and asynchronous support to ensure learning, comprehension, and retention of program content • Attend and proactively engage in mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding • Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for Learner questions and answer them promptly • Check-in with Learners after each live session • Facilitate breakout rooms during lecture time • Assist in keeping the session progressing during technical difficulties • Monitor appropriate Pumble channels for Learner questions on non-live days • Foster discussion by posing questions and sharing relevant links • Review content materials for upcoming lectures to ensure preparedness • Hold up to six (6) Individual Office Hours per week with Learners • Grade Learner submissions of exercises and projects within seven (7) days • Support continuous program improvement by providing thoughtful feedback • Submit weekly write-ups summarizing accomplishments and challenges • Attend and participate in the weekly staff meeting

• Advise on design: shape the structure and features of our collateral product so it aligns with utility credit standards and practical requirements. • Guide utility engagement: identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers within utilities and advise how best to approach them. • Stress-test acceptance: anticipate potential objections, explain what utilities really care about, and help us refine messaging to maximize credibility. • Leverage your network: open doors to relevant contacts across utilities and industry associations to accelerate education and adoption. • Be a sounding board: provide ongoing perspective on how utilities perceive credit risk, collateral, and counterparties in today’s power markets.
