• Advise on design: shape the structure and features of our collateral product so it aligns with utility credit standards and practical requirements. • Guide utility engagement: identify the right stakeholders and decision-makers within utilities and advise how best to approach them. • Stress-test acceptance: anticipate potential objections, explain what utilities really care about, and help us refine messaging to maximize credibility. • Leverage your network: open doors to relevant contacts across utilities and industry associations to accelerate education and adoption. • Be a sounding board: provide ongoing perspective on how utilities perceive credit risk, collateral, and counterparties in today’s power markets.

• Advise on regulatory positioning: articulate how our product supports commission goals. • Guide regulatory engagement: refine how we communicate our value to commissions, anticipate concerns, and guide us on which stakeholders to engage and how best to approach them. • Translate regulatory signals: help us interpret emerging commission priorities and market developments so we can adapt our product and positioning accordingly. • Leverage your network: open doors with contacts across state commissions, utilities, and energy policy organizations to accelerate education and credibility.

• Electrical Inspections: Conduct ongoing inspections of all electrical installations, subassemblies, and finished goods to ensure compliance with standards. • Process Audits: Execute audits of electrical assembly, control wiring, power distribution wiring, and commercial wiring installation processes. • Testing and Reporting: Assist in or prepare testing and commissioning reports to document product performance and compliance. • Quality Standards Documentation: Document quality standards and specifications related to electrical installations and assembly, and collaborate on training. • Compliance Verification: Ensure all work is executed per approved standards and drawings, identifying and addressing deviations. • Non-Conformance Documentation: Document material non-conformances found during inspections of work in process, finished goods, and receiving. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with safety, engineering, and manufacturing teams to improve design for manufacturing and reduce inefficiencies. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product designs comply with regulatory, commercial code, customer specifications, and engineering standards. • Tool Calibration: Assist with the execution of the tool calibration program, focusing on electrical test equipment. • Additional Duties: Perform other job duties as assigned to support the quality assurance process. • Travel 80% of the time to job sites where Crusoe Industries products have been deployed. When not traveling, support Crusoe Industries production teams at our Brighton, Colorado manufacturing site.

• Electrical System Oversight: Overseeing the installation of complex electrical systems in manufactured buildings, ensuring adherence to codes and specifications. • Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems, utilizing your deep expertise to implement effective and long-lasting solutions. • Preventative Maintenance & Optimization: Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs for electrical systems to ensure their long-term reliability and optimize performance. • Code Compliance & Inspections: Ensuring all electrical work complies with relevant codes and regulations, and conducting inspections to verify adherence to standards. • Blueprint Interpretation & Planning: Interpreting complex electrical schematics and blueprints, and developing detailed plans for electrical projects. • Mentorship & Training: Providing guidance and mentorship to other electricians, sharing your expertise and contributing to their professional development. • Safety Leadership: Promoting a strong safety culture within the team, ensuring adherence to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines. • Project Management: Managing electrical projects, including planning, resource allocation, and timeline management.
