• Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting channels. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives. • Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and industry trends to personalize outreach and increase engagement. • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities. • Utilize CRM systems to accurately track prospecting activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions. • Achieve or exceed monthly goals for prospecting activities, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings. • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and campaign effectiveness. • Effectively communicate the value of 101VOICE solutions and services to prospective customers. • Handle objections professionally and develop creative approaches to engage decision-makers. • Provide market feedback and prospect insights to sales and leadership teams. • Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and prospecting techniques to maximize results.
Job Requirements
- Prior sales experience; cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation experience preferred.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and communicate complex products and services.
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential clients.
- Resilience and persistence when overcoming objections and handling rejection.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals.
