Role Description Build and scale Alpaca Health's storytelling engine across every channel and audience. You will be responsible for creating compelling content that helps families, providers, and partners understand who we are, what we believe, and why our model matters. Success means that Alpaca becomes one of the most trusted and recognizable voices in ABA, clinician entrepreneurship, and autism care. What You’ll Do - Content Creation - Own Alpaca's content strategy across video, social, web, email, and educational channels. - Create static social media content, graphics, carousels, and visual storytelling assets. - Build repeatable content systems that allow Alpaca to consistently publish high-quality content at scale. - Produce and oversee short-form video content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. - Develop long-form video content including documentaries, case studies, interviews, and educational series. - Educational Content - Develop webinars, workshops, and CEU content for providers and practice owners. - Work with clinical and operational teams to transform expertise into engaging educational experiences. - Create content that helps providers start, grow, and operate successful practices. - Build content libraries that continue generating value long after publication. - Brand & Storytelling - Define and evolve Alpaca's voice, messaging, and storytelling framework. - Capture and share stories from providers, families, employees, and partners. - Ensure consistency across all public-facing communications. - Translate complex operational and clinical topics into clear, compelling narratives. - Systems & Operations - Build scalable content production workflows using AI and automation. - Manage content calendars, publishing schedules, freelancers, agencies, and contractors. - Track content performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and conversion. - Create systems that turn one piece of content into dozens of assets across channels. Role Description This is a Part Time position for the 2026-2027 school year. The basic function is to help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their development as mature, able, and responsible men and women. Representative Duties/Essential Functions: - Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated. - Plans a program of study that, as much as possible, meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students. - Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students. - Prepares for classes assigned and shows written evidence of preparation upon request of immediate superior. - Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units, and projects. - Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities. - Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulation. - Assists the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct. - Develops reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure, and maintains order in the classroom in a fair and just manner. - Makes provision for being available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the instructional day when required or requested. - Continuously strives to improve professional competence and collaboration with colleagues and communities. - Attends staff meetings, serves on staff committees, and performs duties prescribed by the principal and by School Board Policies. - Promotes public relations for the school’s programs and activities. - Becomes acquainted with parents; reports any unusual occurrence or event to the principal or the designated representative immediately. - Contacts the principal or the designated representative as soon as possible when the teacher must be absent from school. - Remains at school during the entire school day unless excused by the principal or the designated representative. - Participates in the selection, adoption and inventory of textbooks. - Implements all rules and regulations, policies and administrative guidelines as adopted by the School SBDM Council and the School Board. - Maintains a professional appearance as an example for students. - Is familiar with and incorporates the use of technology in daily tasks. - Maintains regular and predictable attendance. - Adheres to the professional code of conduct. Qualifications - Valid State Teaching Certificate for Specific Subject Area and/or Grade Level Requirements - 187 days*. Salary and work year to be established by the Board. - *Specified positions may have extended days.
