Angular/AWS Developer – Mid/Senior

GFT Technologies

• Contribute globally to the development and evolution of applications. • Participate in refinement sessions, inceptions, and agile ceremonies. • Assist in designing and defining technical solutions. • Collaborate with the team to deliver user stories within sprints. • Share knowledge and best practices in development and architecture. • Act with a sense of ownership over products and solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Strong experience with Angular 15+;
  • Familiarity with componentization and component reuse;
  • Experience developing web applications running inside WebView;
  • Knowledge of Micro Frontends architecture (Module Federation);
  • Experience integrating with BFF (Backend for Frontend);
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs;
  • Understanding of microservices and integrations with corporate services;
  • Emphasis on quality and best practices;
  • Unit testing with Jest;
  • Automated testing with Cypress;
  • Application of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture;
  • Familiarity with code versioning using Git, GitHub, and GitFlow;
  • Accessibility best practices and inclusive development;
  • Knowledge of responsiveness and front-end performance;
  • Design Systems and user experience;
  • Experience with IDS (Itaú Design System);
  • Knowledge of IDL;
  • Apply accessibility best practices using Design Systems;
  • Cloud, DevOps, and Observability;
  • Knowledge of AWS, including: S3, CloudFront, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, EC2, KMS, Terraform, deployment pipelines and CI/CD;
  • Application observability and monitoring, preferably with Datadog.

Role Description We are looking for a Frontend Engineer to help us build software for technical expert users working with complex operational data. This is not a generic web app role. Our users rely on our product to: - Monitor turbine behavior - Investigate anomalies - Understand patterns in data - Make decisions efficiently The frontend is central to the value of the product. We are especially interested in candidates who are strong in interaction design and workflow thinking . Our frontend is built in Elm . If you already know Elm, that's great. If not, we'd still love to hear from you if you are excited by thoughtful frontend engineering and interested in working in a strongly typed functional environment. As a Frontend Engineer on our team, you will help design and build the core product experience for a highly focused SaaS application used in wind turbine monitoring and analysis. You will work on problems such as: - Designing efficient workflows for expert users investigating turbine behavior - Turning complex technical requirements into clear and intuitive interfaces - Helping users work confidently with large amounts of operational and analytical data - Balancing depth, flexibility, and usability in a data-dense product - Shaping how frontend architecture and product design support long-term product quality This role is a strong fit for someone who sees frontend engineering as more than implementing screens.
