Role Description ICF’s Disaster Management Division seeks a Disaster Recovery Grant Administrator – Reservist On Call to join our team. This ON-CALL position will require travel to client offices, disaster recovery sites, and deployable for multiple week assignments. This is a U.S. based position. About On-Call Employment with ICF: Due to the seasonal or project-specific nature of our disaster and emergency management work, ICF hires professionals as “On-Call” employees. On-Call employees are scheduled for work as it becomes available, with the freedom to accept or decline hours. They can work on concurrent projects outside of their ICF assignment, provided there's no conflict of interest. The Grant Administrator – Reservist On Call will work with ICF staff and our clients to deliver grant and program financial support across opportunities funded by federal and state agencies including: - Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) - Department of Energy (DOE) - Department of Transportation - Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) - Department of Commerce The successful candidate will be charged with the flawless execution of programs, anticipating and meeting client’s needs, and strategically positioning the company’s resources and expertise to grow the business. Qualifications - 3+ years of professional experience. - 2+ years of recent intermediate experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) – Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Formulas, etc. - 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Insurance, Finance and/or Auditing. - Must be able and willing to travel (flight and vehicle) as required for project work. - Must have a valid United States driver’s license and can successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check. Preferred Skills - Bachelor's degree. - 2+ years of experience delivering grant and program financial support across opportunities funded by federal and state agencies including FEMA, DOE, DOT, EPA, and DOC. - Experience in disaster recovery, catastrophic insurance, accounting and/or grants, with practical implementation at federal, state and or local government levels. - Prior experience in the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) program. - Experience with grant management and grant portals. - Background in various types of construction.
