• Lead the development and optimization of AI-driven recommendation systems, leveraging generative AI to create personalized content and experiences that enhance product discovery and conversion. • Explore and implement innovative applications of generative AI, including personalized product descriptions, tailored content generation, and AI-powered chat/search functionalities. • Analyze user behavior, performance metrics, and A/B testing results to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement of recommendation and AI features. • Define and prioritize the product roadmap for AI-driven recommendations and personalization, aligning with overall business objectives and customer needs. • Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions and ensure a customer-centric approach to AI development. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, UX/UI, and marketing teams to define requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful product launches. • Document detailed product requirements, user stories, and design specifications for AI-powered features, ensuring clear communication and alignment across teams. • Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Job Requirements
- Deep understanding of e-commerce personalization techniques, including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid recommendation systems.
- Proven experience with generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their application in e-commerce or related fields.
- Strong understanding of API integrations for AI services.
- Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SQL, or similar.
- Expertise in A/B testing and multivariate experimentation to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts and their application to recommendation systems and personalization.
- Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps and prioritizing features based on business impact and customer value.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices, with the ability to contribute to design discussions and wireframing.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Google Cloud AI or Vertex AI, AWS SageMaker or Bedrock, OpenAI Enterprise).
