Als Technical weclapp Consultant (m/w/d) wirst du Teil unseres Consulting-Teams und betreust gemeinsam mit erfahrenen Kolleg:innen unsere E-Commerce-Kund:innen rund um weclapp – nah genug am Code, um kleinere Dinge selbst umzusetzen und größere Themen strukturiert ans Dev-Team zu geben. Diese Mischung aus Beratung, Technik und KI-gestütztem Arbeiten macht die Rolle bei uns besonders: Wir reichen Anforderungen nicht weiter – wir lösen sie gemeinsam. - Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen über den weclapp-Lebenszyklus – beim Onboarding, der Implementierung und im laufenden Support. - Du hältst fachliche Anforderungen sauber fest, dokumentierst sie strukturiert und bringst sie ins Development-Team ein. - Du konfigurierst weclapp entlang gängiger E-Commerce-Prozesse und abgestimmter Vorgaben. - Du setzt kleinere Automatisierungen und Anpassungen selbst um – z.B. n8n-Flows, API-Calls oder Datenimporte und -mappings – und ziehst bei Komplexerem das Dev-Team hinzu. - Du unterstützt das Dev-Team bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen und SaaS-Plugins für weclapp. - Du führst Onboarding-Schulungen durch, erstellst Dokumentationen und hilfst Teams, ihr weclapp-System sicher zu nutzen. - Du analysierst Support- und Schnittstellenfälle (Shop, Marktplatz, Payment, Carrier wie DPD, Sendcloud oder Shipcloud), findest die Ursache und bringst sie zur Lösung. Role Description The principal consultant serves as a technical consultant and project lead for maritime client engagements involving risk management, safety, and regulatory compliance.
