• Develop a deep understanding of Avride’s products and services, including our features, benefits, and value propositions. • Assist in managing a portfolio of campus accounts, ensuring timely communication, and resolving inquiries and concerns with care and urgency. • Assist and partner with campuses to drive delivery demand and deliver and exceptional experience for their dining communities. • Conduct regular check-ins with campus partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction levels, and identify areas for improvement. • Respond to all campus inquiries, account issues, and requests or route them to appropriate company departments within turnaround time expectations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including discussion notes, action items, and follow-up tasks. • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and overall proficiency in account management practices. • Proactively seek opportunities to contribute to team goals and initiatives, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or High School degree/GED with equivalent professional experience
  • 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Google products and Slack along with the ability to quickly learn new software. Experience with Google Sheets and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Native-level fluency in English is required.
  • A genuine drive to go above and beyond to find solutions for university partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence engaging with University leadership.
  • A responsive, always-on mindset. You treat your campus partners like true partners, and they know they can count on you.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to operate with confidence in ambiguous, fast-moving situations.
  • Impeccable organizational skills, easily balancing multiple tasks at once; self-starter with a strong bias towards action and problem-solving; maximizes effectiveness by focusing time in the right areas.
  • Outstanding, positive attitude with passion and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
