Role Description The Director of Marketing owns all paid and organic marketing activity at Kraymer Art, with primary responsibility for Meta Ads and expanding into additional channels. This is a senior leadership role accountable for strategy, execution, budget management, creative oversight, and performance analysis. The Director works closely with the founder and the product team to drive revenue growth and ensure every marketing dollar is deployed effectively. Kraymer Art is an anime-inspired jewelry and accessories brand with a focused niche audience and strong creative identity. The marketing function needs senior leadership that can operate at both the strategic and executional level, someone who understands not just how to run ads but why customers buy, what emotional needs the product fulfills, and how to turn that understanding into creative and campaigns that convert. This role exists to scale the brand to multiple seven figures. The Director of Marketing will own the full marketing operation, from daily performance analysis and creative direction to team oversight and channel expansion. Success looks like efficient, scalable ad spend, a creative pipeline that consistently produces strong performers, and a marketing function that grows in capability alongside the brand. To help us identify thoughtful applicants, please write the word "seesaw" in your response to the first screening question on the application page. What You'll Do - Own the full marketing strategy and budget across Meta Ads as the primary channel, with expansion into Google, organic, and influencer channels. - Manage Meta Ads campaigns end to end, including structure, creative testing, scaling, and performance optimization. - Analyze performance data daily using analytics tools and iterate on strategy based on what the data shows. - Oversee the creative team, including editors and designers, reviewing ad output for quality, on-brand execution, and likelihood to perform. - Write and develop ad creative independently, including scripts, copy, and visual direction, from concept through to final asset. - Identify winning creatives from underperformers and use that judgment to direct future production. - Monitor Instagram and social media actively to track trends, competitor activity, and shifts in audience behavior. - Lead recruitment and onboarding of additional marketing and creative talent as the team expands. - Collaborate with the product team to align launches, seasonal drops, and collection releases with paid and organic campaign timing. - Develop and maintain a working understanding of customer psychology specific to jewelry and anime fandom, and apply that understanding to messaging, hooks, and offers. Qualifications - Genuine anime fan with active knowledge of current titles, fandom culture, and the audience Kraymer Art serves. - Proven experience managing Meta Ads at $50,000 or more per month in ad spend, with direct hands-on accountability for performance. - Experience marketing fashion products, including demonstrated ability to evaluate creative quality and aesthetics. - Portfolio of graphic and video ads produced independently, covering scriptwriting, design, and editing. - Experience working with Shopify e-commerce businesses generating at least $2 million in annual revenue. - Active and frequent use of Instagram and social media, with a track record of staying current on trends relevant to the brand. - Prior management experience with direct oversight of at least one team or function. - Strong conviction that video creative is the primary lever in Meta Ads performance, backed by experience that supports that view. Nice-to-Haves - Experience managing $300,000 or more per month in Meta Ads spend. - Familiarity with Triple Whale for attribution and performance reporting. - Familiarity with Atria for creative research and analysis. - Experience with Claude and AI tools relevant to marketing workflows. - YouTube, Google Ads, or TikTok Ads experience. - Proficiency with Google Analytics GA4. - Experience with Higgsfield or similar AI video tools. - Influencer or affiliate marketing experience. - TikTok Shop experience. - Microsoft Clarity experience. - Availability across six or more days per week. Benefits - Fully remote work. - Pay raises and bonuses for strong performance. - Australia-based company with PH-friendly hours. No graveyard shifts! - Long-term role with full-time potential. - Work with a growing e-commerce brand in a fun anime-inspired industry with a strong niche audience. - Role-specific opportunity: You will have full ownership of marketing strategy and spend at a brand with a distinct identity and a genuinely engaged audience, with direct influence over how fast the brand scales. How to Apply If this role sounds like the right fit, submit your application with a portfolio of ads you have produced independently and your answers to our screening questions. Please answer every screening question specifically and with reference to your own experience. Generic or templated responses will not be considered.

Head of Marketing

NXTThing RPO

At NXTThing, we're redefining the landscape of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO). We believe that hiring is both an art and a science, and we're pioneering a fresh approach that combines innovative technology with the human touch. Our mission is simple: to transform how companies attract top talent by offering innovative solutions tailored to their unique needs. With our dynamic leadership team each with 25+ years of recruitment expertise, we're leading the charge with a blend of advanced technology and personalized strategies. Join us as we rewrite the playbook for traditional RPO and chart a new course for the future of hiring.

Role Description We are seeking a marketing leader who is equal parts strategist and executor. This is not a role for someone who only manages agencies or delegates deliverables — it is for a builder who can set the direction and then do the work. You will own the marketing function end-to-end and be the engine behind pipeline generation, brand presence, and market positioning across all three product lines. Key Responsibilities - Go-to-Market Strategy - Develop and drive integrated B2B marketing strategies that support pipeline growth across RPO services, Personegy, and Talentegy. - Define ICP segmentation, messaging frameworks, and positioning for each product line. - Build campaign plans tied to revenue targets and measurable pipeline contribution. - Partner closely with Sales leadership to align buyer personas, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement needs. - Demand Generation & Digital Marketing - Own and optimize all demand generation channels: paid digital, SEO/SEM, email nurture, retargeting, and content syndication. - Build and manage a high-performing marketing funnel from top-of-funnel awareness through MQL conversion. - Develop and execute webinar and virtual event programs that build pipeline and establish thought leadership. - Manage and continuously improve the marketing tech stack and CRM integration (HubSpot or equivalent). - Content & Social - Lead content strategy and creation across all formats: long-form, short-form, case studies, white papers, email, and social. - Own LinkedIn presence and social strategy for company and executive brands, particularly targeting TA and HR audiences. - Produce compelling, buyer-relevant content that reflects deep fluency in recruiting technology, RPO, and HR transformation. - Maintain a consistent editorial calendar aligned to campaign and pipeline priorities. - Brand & Thought Leadership - Shape and steward the NXTThing RPO brand narrative and visual identity across all channels and assets. - Position NXTThing as a credible, differentiated player in the RPO and HRTech space. - Support executive and sales team presence at industry conferences, panels, and partner events. - Build a PR and analyst relations function appropriate for a growth-stage company. - Performance & Accountability - Define, track, and report on marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, MQLs, CAC, and revenue contribution. - Hold outside agencies, contractors, and any internal team members accountable to outcomes and timelines. - Operate with a test-and-learn mindset — launch, measure, iterate, and scale what works. - Present marketing performance and strategy to executive leadership on a regular cadence. Qualifications - 5-10 years of B2B marketing experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record in HR technology, recruiting technology, RPO, staffing, or adjacent markets — you understand the buyer and the industry. - Demonstrated ability to generate pipeline and revenue, not just brand impressions. - Hands-on experience across digital marketing, SEO/SEM, marketing automation, social media, and content creation. - Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or small teams and holding them accountable to results. - Strong command of marketing analytics and the ability to make data-driven decisions quickly. Requirements - Growth mindset — you are energized by building, not maintaining. - Resourceful and scrappy — you know how to get results without large budgets or big teams. - Comfortable being both the strategist and the person who executes the strategy. - Highly collaborative with Sales — you see marketing as a revenue function, not a support function. - Deeply curious about emerging tools, AI-powered marketing capabilities, and better ways to reach buyers. - Organized, accountable, and direct — you set clear priorities and communicate clearly about progress and obstacles. - Be able to travel up to 10% of the year. Preferred Qualifications - Experience marketing to CHROs, VPs of Talent Acquisition, or HR Directors. - Familiarity with RPO, workforce solutions, or enterprise HR transformation buying cycles. - Experience in launching or marketing SaaS or AI-powered HR technology products. - Proficiency with HubSpot (or comparable MAP), Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics. - Experience building conference and trade show marketing programs and tracking ROI. Benefits - Unlimited paid time off. - 2, 1-week shutdowns per year. - Paid holidays. - Company paid medical, dental & vision insurance. - Strong work-life balance.

Full TimeRemoteTeam 24Since 2024

Role Description We are now hiring our first Head of Modeling to own and elevate the decision science that sits at the core of the business. This is a rare opportunity to stand up a decision-science function from the ground up at a company that already has real volume, real data, and real momentum. You'll set the technical vision, hire and grow the team, put in place the standards, infrastructure, and governance that everything downstream will depend on. This is a leadership role that demands deep technical credibility. What you'll own - Build and lead the internal modeling team — define the team structure and operating model, hire your first internal modelers, and grow a high-caliber decision-science organization. - End-to-end modeling across the credit and fraud lifecycle — application/underwriting scoring, behavioral and account-management models, line and limit assignment, risk-based pricing, loss forecasting, and collections/recovery optimization. - Real-time decisioning at the point of sale — models and decision strategies that approve or decline in milliseconds, balancing approval rates, loss, fraud, and customer experience. - Fraud and identity risk — first-party, third-party, synthetic identity, and account-takeover risk, in close partnership with the fraud and operations teams. - Merchant- and channel-level risk — modeling and monitoring risk that originates from the merchant side of the POS relationship. - Model governance and risk management — documentation, independent-style validation practices, ongoing monitoring (PSI/CSI, stability, calibration), and a framework aligned to model-risk-management expectations (e.g., SR 11-7). - Fair lending and regulatory rigor — disparate-impact and fair-lending testing, adverse-action reason codes and explainability, and partnership with Legal/Compliance on ECOA/Reg B and related obligations. - Data and infrastructure for modeling — partnering with Engineering and Data to build feature pipelines, deployment paths, and monitoring so models ship reliably and are maintainable over time. What you'll build Beyond individual models, you'll establish the foundation: a talented internal team and operating model, shared standards for model development and documentation, reproducible pipelines, a validation and monitoring discipline, and a governance posture that holds up to investors, funding partners, auditors, and regulators. Qualifications - Substantial experience (typically 8+ years) building credit risk and/or decision-science models in lending, fintech, or banking, with meaningful time in consumer credit. - A strong hands-on modeling background across both traditional techniques (logistic regression, scorecards) and modern ML (gradient-boosted trees such as XGBoost/LightGBM/GNN). - Strong Python and SQL, and fluency with the modern modeling and data stack. - Experience with model governance, validation, and monitoring, and an instinct for documentation and reproducibility. - Familiarity with the fair-lending and regulatory landscape for consumer lending (ECOA/Reg B, adverse action, model explainability, disparate-impact considerations). - A track record of building and scaling a modeling or analytics team — hiring strong modelers, developing people, and setting technical standards and culture. - The technical depth to set direction and evaluate others' work — credible enough to assess inherited models, make build-vs-retain decisions, and dive into the details when it matters. - Ability to communicate complex modeling concepts clearly to executives, the board, and non-technical partners. Requirements - Direct experience in POS lending, BNPL, installment, or unsecured consumer credit. - Fraud modeling experience (first-party, third-party, synthetic identity). - MLOps / production deployment experience — feature stores, model serving, monitoring at scale. - Exposure to capital markets or funding partners, where loss models inform facility terms and reserves. - Advanced degree in a quantitative field (statistics, economics, math, computer science, or similar). Benefits - Competitive fixed and variable compensation package. - Comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision). - Collaborative office culture with a strong focus on clients and their customers. - Opportunities to grow, lead, and shape the future of consumer finance. - 401k program. Role Details - Preference for Atlanta or New York City. - The chance to build and lead ClarityPay's decision-science function from the ground up. - Direct impact on the core economics and trajectory of a rapidly scaling business. - Preference for Atlanta or New York City, but remote locations will be considered. - This role will report to the Chief Risk Officer. Ready to redefine point-of-sale financing with us? Apply today and join a passionate team committed to making financial clarity a reality.
