Role Description - Owns and independently manages multichannel project deliverables from concept to deployment providing direction and vision as needed. - Independently own a brand vertical and partner with other project management leads to ensure consistency and quality. - Speak to pertinent information for internal status meetings to provide updates or changes in project plans. - Ensures accuracy, efficiency and timeliness of routing, quality control, project preparation, and execution of deliverables. - Manage external resource partners as necessary. - Proactively escalate and suggest solutions to project related issues to management. - Partners with manager on scope of work (SOW) development. - Reviews financial output reports, incoming briefs, and timelines/estimates. - Responsible for informing team members regarding the start of new projects, upcoming deadlines, quality control, revisions, next steps. - Collaborate with the Client Experience on budget shifts and resourcing implications. Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree. - 5+ years within the Pharmaceutical Marketing & Advertising space. - Strong organizational skills. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Financial aptitude. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams). - Proficient with Adobe Acrobat. - Strong knowledge of project management tools (Microsoft Project, Workfront, or equivalent) required. - Multichannel production knowledge across print, video & digital (Websites, IVAs, Emails, social/digital marketing, media, etc.).
