Role Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Poland (remote). In this role, you will support financial planning and forecasting, analyze business performance, identify optimization opportunities, and provide actionable insights that help drive strategic decision-making across the organization. - Support in the development, preparation and consolidation of monthly financial forecast and annual plans. - Support the development of periodic management presentations and supporting schedules including business reviews, strategic plans, and other leadership presentations, as needed. - Consolidate and analyze monthly operational results working closely with the financial leader. - Co-drive financial process optimization, standardization, and automation across business units (sales & margin forecasting, E&O reduction, ...). - Review and highlight negative trend in Purchase Prices, work closely with supply chain team. - Analyze and forecast spend related to logistics (warehousing, freight). Advise on savings and optimization options. - Track spends under various projects. Qualifications - Experience in financial analyst role. - Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. - Good understanding of fundamental accounting and finance concepts required. - Strong team player. - Strong communication skills. - Advanced Excel skills. - Ability to quickly learn different ERP systems (IFS, JDE, SAP) for reporting purpose. - English at a communicative level (B2+). - Power BI experience will be a plus.
