Role Description Au cours de la prochaine année, l'organisation vise à faire évoluer sa plateforme Salesforce afin d’en accroître la valeur d’affaires et de soutenir une meilleure intégration de ses opérations. Les travaux viseront notamment à améliorer la qualité, la cohérence et la disponibilité des données clients issues des différents systèmes, ainsi qu’à optimiser les processus associés à leur gestion. L'entreprise entend également renforcer son cadre de gestion de l’information afin d’assurer un équilibre entre la protection des données et leur utilisation par les différentes lignes d’affaires, en conformité avec les exigences applicables. Par ailleurs, l’organisation poursuivra l’amélioration de l’expérience utilisateur et la valorisation des données à travers des optimisations ciblées du CRM, notamment en matière de suivi des activités, d’analytique et de soutien à la prise de décision. Enfin, une attention particulière sera portée au soutien des solutions numériques destinées à la clientèle, incluant le portail client et les mécanismes d’accès sécurisés, dans une perspective d’amélioration continue des services offerts et de conformité aux standards en matière de sécurité et de protection de l’information. Responsibilities - Analyses UX : Contribution aux analyses de parcours, points de friction, opportunités d’amélioration. - Cartographie de flux utilisateurs : Cartographie de parcours. - Maquette: Élaborer des prototypes à l’aide de Figma. - Copydeck UX : Rédaction des textes d’interface, messages d’erreur, etc. - Tests UAT : Appui à la planification, exécution et analyse des tests d’acceptation utilisateur. Qualifications - Posséder un minimum de 5 années d’expérience en UX/UI, incluant la conception de parcours utilisateurs complexes et la livraison de solutions numériques centrées sur l’utilisateur. - Maîtriser les activités UX de bout en bout : recherche utilisateurs (planification, coordination, analyse), cartographie de parcours (user flows), identification des irritants, définition de personas et réalisation d’analyses comparatives de scénarios afin d’orienter les décisions. - Démontrer une expérience concrète en évaluation heuristique, tests d’utilisabilité et participation aux UAT, avec formulation de recommandations claires et actionnables. - Concevoir des interfaces de haute qualité : wireframes, maquettes haute-fidélité et prototypes interactifs dans Figma, tout en contribuant à l’évolution d’un design system et à la cohérence de l’expérience. - Appliquer rigoureusement les normes d’accessibilité WCAG 2.1 niveau AA et rédiger du contenu UX (microcopy) clair, cohérent et orienté utilisateur. - Collaborer efficacement en contexte Agile avec des équipes multidisciplinaires, en s’appuyant sur une maîtrise de Figma (composants, prototypage, design system), de HTML/CSS, et une expérience pertinente avec des portails Salesforce / Grantmaking (connaissance BPMN et blueprints – un atout).
