Job Requirements
- Senior 5 años de experiencia en soporte de aplicaciones (Application/Production Support).
- Experiencia en soporte técnico L2/L3.
- Conocimientos en Linux/Unix y SQL (preferiblemente Oracle).
- Experiencia en análisis y troubleshooting de aplicaciones Java.
- Manejo de Microsoft Fabric y Power BI.
- Experiencia en análisis de datos, reportería y resolución de incidentes.
- Conocimiento en Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Inglés Conversacional.
