• Support clients with incident response • Conduct internal penetration tests • Research AI solutions for cybersecurity • Prepare accelerators for client engagements

• Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates, conducting initial phone screens, facilitating interviews and gathering feedback from our clients and candidates• Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research and ongoing bench management, demonstrating the ability to anticipate client needs and hiring manager preferences by delivering strong submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratios• Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy to identify both passive and active candidates• Present strong talent for open positions and overcome objections in the hiring process• Consult with hiring managers (clients) in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes focusing on adding value and doing what is best for the client• Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction• Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met• Update and maintain reports, such as applicant tracking system data and reports, along with other related administrative responsibilities

• Design and implement security architectures within AWS environments • Deploy and manage security monitoring tools • Develop and manage AWS IAM policies • Implement threat detection and vulnerability management strategies • Ensure compliance with security standards and regulations

• Oversee the physical security, workplace safety, and protective services function for FICO. • Develop, document, and implement a comprehensive physical security program including security technologies and risk assessments. • Drive governance of the corporate Physical Security program for FICO and create a security-awareness culture. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand the physical security risks and build effective programs to mitigate these risks. • Evaluate security issues at office locations and recommend, design, and implement effective security solutions. • Conduct formal Threat and Vulnerability Assessments (TVAs) on global facilities and identify vulnerabilities in physical security posture. • Manage administrative tasks and drive efficiencies to create a financially sustainable security practice. • Consult and make recommendations on physical security systems and controls.
