Dafür suchen wir dich: jemanden, der Recht nicht nur versteht, sondern eigene Systeme bauen kann. Du baust die juristische Infrastruktur, auf der Jurafuchs in den nächsten Jahren wächst. Portale, Tools, Systeme – eigenständig, von Idee bis Launch. - Du verantwortest den Bau neuer Portale und interner Tools an der Schnittstelle von Recht und Software und bist nah an Architektur und strategischen Entscheidungen. - Du verantwortest neue Portale eigenständig von Idee bis Launch – von gesetze.jurafuchs.de über lehre.jurafuchs.de bis zu weiteren Subdomains der Roadmap. - Custom Software und interne Tools entstehen, die juristische Logik wirklich abbilden – Prüfungsschemata, Domänenmodelle, KI-gestützte Tools. - Juristische Anforderungen werden direkt in funktionierende Software übersetzt – ohne Umwege, weil Du beides kannst. Qualifications - Du hast das Erste Staatsexamen abgeschlossen und verfügst über Erfahrung im Product Management – idealerweise im LegalTech-Bereich. - Du kannst eigenständig Web-Portale und Custom Software bauen. Tu trabajo no es solo escribir código: es construir los sistemas, las barreras de calidad y la observabilidad que permiten al equipo y a la IA entregar rápido y con confianza. Elevas el estándar técnico, mantienes los datos como activo central del negocio y aseguras que todo lo que sale a producción esté probado, sea reproducible y aporte valor real. Tareas - Construir de punta a punta (full-stack), diseñas e implementas funcionalidades completas del ciclo de renta de la base de datos a la interfaz, con ownership end-to-end y comodidad para moverte por todo el stack. - Usas agentes de IA (p. ej. Claude Code) como forma principal de construir, orquestándolos para generar código, pruebas, documentación y exploración de soluciones, siempre bajo tu criterio y revisión. - Revisas y validas críticamente el código propio, del equipo o generado por IA detectando errores lógicos, alucinaciones, riesgos de seguridad, ineficiencias y problemas de mantenibilidad. - Pruebas unitarias, de integración y end-to-end, CI/CD y "barreras de salida" que impidan que algo roto llegue a producción. Esa automatización es lo que hace seguro apalancarse en IA. - Instrumentas tracking de errores, de generaciones de IA y de producto; detectas problemas antes que el usuario y cierras el ciclo de mejora idealmente hasta conectar el error con una propuesta de solución. - Mantienes infraestructura, configuración y proveedores versionados y reproducibles, de modo que todo sea trazable y reversible, nada de configuraciones críticas que vivan solo en el panel de un proveedor. - Modelas con claridad las entidades centrales del negocio (propietarios, propiedades, inquilinos, contratos, pagos) en un core de datos bien estructurado, multipaís y multimarca, pensado para reutilizarse. - Priorizas sin piedad, eliminas complejidad y te enfocas en el 80% que mueve el negocio. Resistes la tentación de lo "brillante" que no aporta valor. - Diseñas con foco en optimización de recursos y control de costos en AWS, tratando la salud financiera del stack como parte del trabajo de ingeniería. - Incorporas seguridad desde el diseño y proteges el activo más valioso de Homie: sus datos. En dónde viven, cómo se acceden y qué los toca. - Propones estándares, documentación y mejores prácticas que multiplican la capacidad de toda la organización con IA no solo la tuya, y colaboras de cerca con Producto y Operaciones para traducir necesidades reales en soluciones simples. Qualifications - Experiencia sólida como ingeniero full-stack senior: dominio de TypeScript/JavaScript, React/Next.js y Node, además de servicios de backend y modelado de datos (SQL). - Experiencia real construyendo con agentes de IA (Claude Code o similares) como forma principal de desarrollo, no solo autocompletado, con el criterio para revisar, probar y corregir lo que producen. - Disciplina fuerte de testing (unitarias, integración, e2e), CI/CD y observabilidad. - Experiencia con AWS y mentalidad de costo/eficiencia. - Conocimiento sólido de seguridad en el desarrollo, aplicada desde el diseño. - Sesgo por la simplicidad: capacidad de modelar datos limpios y de elegir la solución más simple que resuelve el problema. - Alta autonomía, pensamiento sistémico, criterio de negocio, ownership y sentido de urgencia. - Comunicación clara para explicar decisiones técnicas y colaborar con perfiles técnicos y no técnicos.
