• This position is responsible for leading the enterprise transformation program for one of the major banking clients, accountable for end‑to‑end outcomes across the client life cycle — from contract to delivery alignment, mobilization through to go‑live and scale. • Own executive stakeholder alignment, program governance, delivery quality, and time‑to‑value, partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, InfoSec, and other internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are met or exceeded. • Strong technical fluency in modern banking platforms and cloud architectures—able to challenge assumptions, interpret designs, and ensure delivery quality. • Advise executives regarding how to balance competing priorities and oversee projects and activities to ensure that effective business strategies and goals are met.
Job Requirements
- 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
- Minimum 15 years of Industry Experience in Banking and Enterprise Transformation
- Led at least one Tier‑1 bank core modernization from signature to production eg. Temenos, Mambu, Thought Machine, FIS, Fiserv or equivalent.
- Owned multi‑year transformation governance with C‑level stakeholders, demonstrable recovery of troubled programs.
- Operated in cloud, microservices, API streaming architectures, familiar with rigorous change control, release, and resiliency practices.
- Regulatory savvy US banking controls, risk frameworks with proven delivery to audit and compliance expectations.
- Expertise in building and scaling high-performing teams, with a hands-on leadership style that emphasizes mentorship, empowerment, and a culture of accountability.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, multi-market projects on time and within scope, leveraging advanced project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, and hybrid models) and a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Recognized for forging strong, trust-based relationships with C-level executives, clients, and cross-functional partners, ensuring alignment and transparency throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Adept at translating business strategy into actionable plans, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and KPI management.

This position does require an employee to live within region and cover territory visits to customer accounts in a reoccurring frequency. The selected candidate will assume territorial responsibility of the South-Central region and will require someone to live in the Dallas / Fort Worth metro area. The Role: The GM Envolve OnStar Customer Success Manager develops and grows commercial relationships with key GM Envolve OnStar accounts. Serving as the day-to-day single point of contact, the CSM delivers white glove support and ensures customers receive maximum value from their OnStar products and services. In partnership with the OnStar Fleet and GM Envolve Sales teams, this role guides customers through acquisition, onboarding, adoption, optimization, retention, and renewal.
