Solutions Consultant

Spotnana

Role Description As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping strategic partners and enterprise customers understand the transformational value of Spotnana's modern travel infrastructure. You will: - Lead discovery workshops with enterprise customers and strategic partners. - Deliver executive presentations, solution demonstrations, and transformation discussions that connect business challenges to Spotnana's platform capabilities. - Support strategic partner sales teams throughout complex sales cycles and help develop business cases and value propositions for enterprise opportunities. - Collaborate closely with Product, Account Management, Implementation, and Solution Engineering teams to support customer success and solution adoption. - Support RFP responses, competitive evaluations, executive presentations, and strategic customer engagements. - Represent Spotnana at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements while providing market feedback on customer needs and competitive trends. Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales engineering, solutions consulting, strategic consulting, enterprise sales, or a related customer-facing role. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative discovery skills with the ability to engage executive business stakeholders and technical audiences. - Experience leading complex enterprise customer conversations and connecting technology capabilities to measurable business outcomes. - Experience working with strategic partners, channels, or ecosystem-driven sales motions. - Strong executive presence with the ability to navigate ambiguity and align multiple stakeholders around a common vision. - Experience operating successfully within fast-growing, high-change environments. - Travel industry experience. Requirements - Ability to build trust through consultative customer engagement. - Willingness to travel for customer meetings, partner engagements, executive reviews, and industry events.
