• Maintain and improve infrastructure across bare-metal and distributed environments • Automate provisioning and configuration with Ansible and related tools • Support CI pipelines and improve delivery processes • Work with Docker-based environments and service orchestration • Support and operate services built around PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka • Build and improve monitoring, logging, and alerting for production services • Participate in incident response, troubleshooting, and reliability improvements • Collaborate with developers to make services easier to deploy, support, and scale

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in DevOps, Infrastructure, or similar roles
  • Strong Linux skills
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible and good working knowledge of Docker
  • Practical experience supporting services that use PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, Redis, etcd, and Kafka
  • Understanding of CI and delivery automation
  • Experience with monitoring and logging systems
  • Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing
  • Basic scripting skills in Bash or Python
  • Ability to work independently and support developers in a fast-moving environment
  • Fluent Russian and English at B2 level or higher
  • Experience in fintech or crypto projects is a strong plus.
