• Build and ship new features for the next-gen ZoomInfo Talent app while improving existing functionality, performance, and reliability. • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery while keeping a high bar for quality and maintainability. • Lead delivery of customer-facing features end-to-end: problem framing, technical design, implementation, testing, rollout, and iteration. • Drive technical design decisions and make pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, quality, and maintainability. • Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering partners to understand business goals and deliver impact. • Raise the bar for engineering excellence through strong code reviews, better testing practices, and improved developer workflows.

• Work with product managers, designers and a diverse group of talented engineers to build the backends that power our mobile applications underpinning the overall experience for our members and the web applications that enable our providers to deliver world class digital healthcare. • Contribute to the delivery of high-quality web application code, maintaining site stability through code reviews and writing unit and integration tests, while learning and applying best practices for architecture, system design, and coding standards. • Spend the majority of your time on hands-on coding, with opportunities to learn from and collaborate with more experienced engineers to solve programming and design challenges. • Leverage AI tools in your workflow across all aspects of the software development lifecycle. • Collaborate with AI experts to integrate AI into existing systems, seeking their guidance to expand your knowledge and skills. • Contribute your ideas and collaborate with the team to adopt new technologies, being open to learning and adapting to new technology advancements. • Participate in our on-call rotation; triage and address reliability issues that come up in production, ensuring system stability and resolving critical problems as they arise.
