Role Description As the Sr. Sales Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the sales organization, owning the delivery of insights and performance strategy across Mass and Drug accounts. You will leverage customer and performance data to generate actionable insights that strengthen both internal and external strategic partnerships. Expectation is to elevate the business and develop a strategic partnership with sales and drive influence across the business. - Leverage syndicated data and customer POS to analyze business performance, identify trends and growth opportunities, and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and support account-level objectives. - Provide ad hoc analysis as needed to support the sales team that influence strategic decisions and growth initiatives. - Participate in customer presentation building and meetings. - Administration of new and existing item maintenance, distributor documents, sample requisitions and organization, facilitate product imaging and mockups, etc. - Influence Account Managers to achieve sales targets by providing data-driven recommendations that support both short-term execution and long-term account development. - Analyze promotional performance by evaluating lift, ROI, and trade spend effectiveness, delivering insights to optimize future promotional strategies and drive incremental growth. - Deliver weekly and monthly reporting with clear, insight-driven storytelling to inform decision making and highlight risks and opportunities. - Monitor new item performance and post-reset results to assess distribution changes, velocity, and overall success against targets. - Support customer presentations and joint business planning by developing data-backed materials and participating in customer meetings. - Communicate key business updates including competitive activity, modular changes, and performance trends to internal and external stakeholders. If visiting our manufacturing plants, you will be expected to: - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality and maintain compliance with food safety standards. - Complete and follow FSQA training and programs to comply with regulatory requirements, ensure consumer safety, and support the plant’s food safety and quality objectives. - Promptly report and take appropriate action on any observed or potential food safety hazards, process deviations, or non-conformities by notifying the designated plant supervisor, in accordance with your role and responsibilities. - Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s Food Safety Culture through engagement and actions aligned with your role. The Sales Analyst role may be in Northwest Arkansas, Chicago, Boston, or Kansas City areas. This job posting is not all inclusive and other duties may be assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of data analysis or sales experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) - Experience with customer data platforms and syndicated data - Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights - Excellent communication skills and the ability to speak, read, and write English fluently, with or without an accommodation.
