Role Description Buscamos uma profissional organizada, comunicativa e com perfil comercial para atuar no atendimento, relacionamento e acompanhamento de pacientes, contribuindo para a conversão de novos clientes e para a excelência da experiência oferecida pela clínica. - Realizar atendimento e acompanhamento de leads provenientes das redes sociais, site, Google e demais canais digitais; - Efetuar follow-up com potenciais clientes, fortalecendo o relacionamento e conduzindo o processo comercial; - Agendar consultas, avaliações e procedimentos; - Realizar contatos por telefone, WhatsApp e videochamadas quando necessário; - Apresentar tratamentos, procedimentos e pacotes oferecidos pela clínica; - Auxiliar no fechamento de vendas e conversão de oportunidades em pacientes ativos; - Atualizar informações em CRM e manter os registros organizados; - Confirmar consultas e acompanhar a jornada dos pacientes; - Apoiar campanhas promocionais, ações comerciais e eventos da clínica; - Atuar de forma integrada com a equipe para garantir uma excelente experiência ao cliente. Qualifications - Inglês avançado ou fluente (fala e escrita); - Experiência anterior em atendimento ao cliente, área administrativa comercial ou vendas consultivas; - Perfil comercial com foco em relacionamento e resultados; - Facilidade com tecnologia, plataformas online e sistemas de gestão; - Organização, proatividade e atenção aos detalhes; - Ambiente adequado para trabalho remoto e internet estável; - Disponibilidade para atuar em tempo integral. Requirements - Experiência em clínicas de estética, med spas, saúde ou área da beleza; - Vivência com atendimento ao público norte-americano; - Experiência com CRM (Kommo, HubSpot, GoHighLevel ou similares); - Experiência com fechamento de tratamentos ou serviços de alto valor agregado; - Conhecimento de processos comerciais e atendimento ao cliente internacional.
