• Mapear stakeholders e entender a estrutura de decisão (vários influenciadores e decisores). • Fazer pesquisa profunda sobre empresa, mercado e histórico em compras públicas/licitações. • Construir relacionamento consultivo de longo prazo. • Qualificar oportunidades complexas, considerando múltiplos critérios (orçamento, compliance, processos internos). • Produzir relatórios analíticos para o time de vendas. • Contactar e interagir com os leads oriundos de listas por contato direto via telefone/e-mail/WhatsApp, LinkedIn e redes sociais; • Identificar e abordar licitantes em listas pré-qualificadas; • Apresentar a Effecti e seus benefícios; • Enriquecer/Aquecer lista de leads para melhor conversão pelo time de vendas; • Agendar reuniões com o time de vendas; • Realizar follow up (acompanhamento) dos agendamentos; • Registrar e fazer a gestão das oportunidades através do CRM, mantendo-o sempre atualizado; • Ouvir com atenção o prospect, entender e tratar as principais objeções; • Estudar e se especializar no modelo de negócios Effecti; • Analisar insights e métricas; • Gerir forecast; • Gerir CRM; • Manter os OKRs e PDI em dia; • Realizar reportes semanais à liderança;
Job Requirements
- Experiência prévia em vendas complexas ou pré-vendas.
- Alta capacidade de análise de dados e inteligência de mercado.
- Comunicação estratégica e foco em geração de valor consultivo.
- Graduação ou especialização pode ser diferencial.
- Inglês pode ser um plus dependendo da operação.
- Conhecimento em Metodologia de SPIN Selling e BANT;
- Domínio de ferramentas avançadas de CRM e automação.
- Vivência em empresas de tecnologia, conhecimento em dados e taxas de conversão de funil.
