• Develop, edit and maintain borrower-facing communications, including: Letters, Email templates, Notices, Web content, Policies, Procedures, Program guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), Other Customer Communications. • Ensure all written materials comply with Federal Student Aid (FSA) requirements, Department of Education regulations, and contract requirements. • Review existing communications for regulatory compliance, readability, consistency, and effectiveness. • Collaborate with compliance, legal, quality assurance, and operational stakeholders to incorporate regulatory updates into borrower communications. • Interpret federal regulations, policies, procedures, and guidance documents to support communication development. • Maintain document version control and support documentation management processes. • Conduct quality reviews and proofreading to ensure accuracy and consistency across all materials. • Assist with audits, compliance reviews, and customer communication assessments. • Recommend improvements to communication processes and document management practices. • Support special projects and other writing assignments as required.

Role Description Design, develop, customize, and implement OFSAA FCCM KYC solutions, preferably on version 8.1.2.x. - Configure and enhance KYC workflows, customer onboarding, due diligence, risk assessment, and screening functionalities. - Develop and maintain FCCM data models, metadata configurations, and batch processing frameworks. - Build and optimize PL/SQL procedures, database objects, and performance tuning activities. - Develop custom integrations, interfaces, and extensions using Java and OFSAA frameworks. - Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and issue resolution across FCCM environments. - Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Support deployment activities, environment setup, code migration, and production releases. - Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, security standards, and development best practices. - Provide technical support for production incidents and ongoing application enhancements. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in OFSAA FCCM implementation and development. - Strong hands-on development experience in OFSAA FCCM KYC module. - Experience with OFSAA FCCM version 8.1.2.x preferred. - Strong knowledge of OFSAA architecture, data model, and batch framework. - Advanced PL/SQL development and performance tuning skills. - Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE development and customization. - Experience in data integration, ETL processes, and interface development. - Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and production support experience. - Good understanding of Oracle databases and Unix/Linux environments.

• Plan, author, and maintain installation guides, admin/operator guides, troubleshooting/runbooks, and release notes aligned to product releases and operational needs. • Plan, author, and maintain Warfighter focused end user guides. • Installation & deployment documentation: Create step-by-step install/configuration guides for product components and integrations (including prerequisites, expected outputs, verification steps, and safe rollback guidance). • Administration & Day-2 operations: Document operational workflows: upgrades, configuration changes, health checks, resource considerations, and common operational failure modes in constrained/mission environments. • Troubleshooting & runbooks: Build and curate troubleshooting-by-symptom runbooks (diagnosis steps, likely causes, resolution paths, and prevention guidance). • Aid development of training modules and job aids for user personas. • Operate in a Git-based doc workflow (issues/PRs/reviews), establish templates, and improve/maintain documentation. • Information architecture & discoverability: Organize technical documentation so it’s easy to navigate and avoids duplication across products
