Role Description Are you a commercially driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning new business, and shaping strategy? We’re looking for a high-performing Territory Manager to take ownership of a diverse and high-value customer portfolio across EMEA within the precious metals recycling, automotive catalyst, and petrochemical markets. This is a high-visibility role where you’ll influence growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and directly impact business performance across Europe. - Drive growth: manage and expand an established portfolio while actively identifying and closing new business opportunities. - Build strong partnerships: work with OEMs, collectors, canners, brokers, and industrial buyers across multiple sectors. - Own your territory: lead all commercial activity including pricing, negotiations, and account strategy. - Think strategically: develop and execute account plans for key customers, focusing on profitability and long-term value. - Spot opportunities: analyse market trends, identify growth areas, and turn insight into action. - Collaborate globally: partner with trading, operations, product management, and customer service teams to deliver best-in-class solutions. - Stay ahead: maintain a strong pipeline, track opportunities, and deliver insight through Salesforce reporting. Qualifications - Proven sales track record (5+ years) in a complex, B2B environment. - Experience within precious metals, automotive, chemicals, or related industries (3+ years preferred). - A natural relationship builder with strong negotiation and influencing skills. - Commercially astute with the ability to identify and convert opportunities into profitable growth. - Highly self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working remotely. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capability in a fast-paced, competitive market. - Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience) in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or similar.
