• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines using PySpark on AWS Glue and EMR, ensuring high performance and data quality. • Orchestrate complex data processing and integration workflows using AWS Step Functions. • Perform robust analyses and validations using SQL and AWS Athena, ensuring data integrity and reliability. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify data needs and propose technical solutions aligned with business requirements. • Investigate failures and propose and implement continuous improvements to data architecture and data processes. • Document solutions, data flows, and best practices to promote technical alignment across teams.
Job Requirements
- Strong expertise in developing pipelines using PySpark on AWS Glue.
- Proficiency with AWS Step Functions for orchestrating pipelines and scheduling processes.
- Solid SQL knowledge for advanced queries and validations on large volumes of data.
- Experience using AWS Athena for data exploration, analysis, and auditing.
- Ability to monitor data quality and troubleshoot complex issues in critical environments.

• Lead the development of detailed estimates for transmission, substation power distribution projects, including labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs • Interpret design drawings, technical specifications, and bid documents to define project scope and estimate requirements • Conduct quantity take-offs, analyze constructability, and validate design assumptions to ensure realistic project budgets • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and construction teams to ensure estimates align with project execution strategies • Identify, quantify, and assess project risks and opportunities; incorporate mitigation strategies into estimates • Prepare and present estimate summaries, bid proposals, and support documentation for executive and client review • Maintain a strong understanding of industry pricing trends, labor agreements, productivity benchmarks, and market conditions • Support contract negotiations by providing cost analysis and value engineering alternatives • Mentor and support junior estimators, providing guidance on industry practices, estimating methods, and company procedures • Ensure all estimates comply with corporate standards, client requirements, and applicable safety and quality protocols
