Organization: Psychiatry Central Admin Job Summary: Provide diagnostic assessment and evidence-based, time-limited psychotherapy intervention to children, teens, and their families with a variety of psychiatric conditions including depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Actively collaborates with other Child-Adolescent Psychiatry team members to manage caseloads and provide optimal mental health care for a diverse patient population. Position is expected to be approximately 40% remote (telehealth) and 60% on-site work (Nashville main VUMC campus). Basic Qualifications: - Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent Required - Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor-MHSP, or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. Position Location & Shift: - Position is expected to be approximately 40% remote (telehealth) and 60% on-site work - Nashville main VUMC campus KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintains professional documentation which meets departmental and VUMC standards as it relates to compliance. - Provides targeted interventions for identified clients via in person and teletherapy services. - Completes psychosocial assessment and assists team with the development and implementation of the plan of care. - Meet regularly with team leaders to discuss caseload progression.
