• Join the Core squad that owns OIP’s web app, APIs, and admin experiences. • You’ll ship end-to-end TypeScript features (Next.js + Node.js/tRPC), harden IAM UX, and ensure secure-by-default workflows used by every customer. • Build and maintain admin consoles, IAM flows, notifications, and collaboration features. • Implement secure auth patterns with Keycloak/OpenFGA and expose tamper-evident audit views. • Deliver accessible, performant React components with robust testing and telemetry. • Participate in on-call, observability, and incident response for Core services. • Collaborate closely with Design, Platform, and customer-facing teams to prioritize impact.

• Own and evolve Insights surfaces: Shaping APIs, data models, and UX of entity Insights, records browser, labeling/graph/profile, and audio/chat/file insights • Integrate ML the right way: Define typed, versioned contracts and rollout gates between TypeScript (Next.js/Node) and Python model services; use feature flags, canaries, and safe rollbacks • Raise search & indexing quality: Manage OpenSearch schemas and analyzers, design reindex/backfill strategies, and run relevance experiments/A‑B tests • Build evaluation & feedback loops: Create offline/online evaluation harnesses (precision/recall, F1, WER/CER, latency/cost SLOs) and integrate human‑in‑the‑loop corrections • Operate streaming + batch enrichment: Design idempotent, backpressure‑aware pipelines (Kafka/Temporal) that support both backfills and real‑time updates • Make it observable and reliable: Instrument traces/metrics/logs end‑to‑end; own SLOs/error budgets and incident response for the Insights surfaces • Manage cost/performance: Reduce inference spend via batching, caching, quantization choices, and right‑sizing GPU/CPU resources; publish and track budgets • Partner across teams: Work with Research on model selection/release, and with Foundation/Platform on data contracts, search/index hygiene, and deployment • Keep data safe: Ensure provenance, auditability, and compliant handling of PII/classified data across SaaS and air‑gapped installs

• Build features in Angular 2+ while collaborating with designers, engineers, and product • Architect efficient and reusable front-end code that drive the ClickUp user experience • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables • Identify and resolve performance and scalability issues • Build and maintain unit and integration tests • Fixing bugs fast and finding robust solutions to tackle hard problems • Follow established practices for maintaining state inside ClickUp

• Own and deliver a world-class user experience for all file interactions, from ergonomic uploads with clear, asynchronous feedback to high-performance media previews. • Architect and implement highly observable, scalable, and resilient frontend systems for file management using Angular, NgRx, and reactive programming patterns. • Dive deep into performance bottlenecks, using user-centric metrics to eliminate latency and ensure reliable, large-scale content delivery. • Collaborate across the full system, cooperatively debugging issues from the browser, through our delivery pipeline (CDNs, Lambdas), to our NodeJS services. You'll join a global on-call rotation with your team for the systems you collectively own. • Mentor other engineers and support best practices in frontend architecture. You'll help create a stable environment for deep work by driving thoughtful planning and clear, pragmatic roadmaps.
