Sales Support Coordinator
Goway Travel
• provide essential administrative and operational support to Destination Specialists • ensure all services are properly confirmed based on requests of Destination Specialists • input booking details into the company’s booking system • accurately process and manage bookings • handle various administrative tasks • provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients • read and review supplier contracts • work cooperatively with all team members
Job Requirements
- recent experience or in-depth background in the travel industry
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar function
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- good administrative and analytical skills
- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion
