Role Description Placé sous l’autorité de l’adjoint au chef de l’unité Soutien et coordination des activités de recherche, expertise et formation, rattachée au département d’appui scientifique, l'assistant capitalisation documentaire est chargé de : - Contribuer au recensement et à la capitalisation des documents et de l’activité de production scientifique des chercheurs de l’IRBA. - Assurer la constitution des bases de connaissances documentaires et d’activités, et leur mise à jour. - Contribuer à la sensibilisation des agents à la veille scientifique et technique de l’établissement. Qualifications - Formation ou diplôme en gestion des archives du patrimoine. - Expérience dans le domaine de la documentation et des archives publiques et scientifiques. - Parfaite aisance avec les outils informatiques et bureautiques (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Requirements - Rigueur. - Autonomie. - Sens de l'organisation.
